This program is available for all of our Youth Recreation Programs, including Summer Camp!įee Assistance is subsidized by Sponsorships, Donations, and the Middlesex County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). All forms will need to be renewed by November 15th of each year.

You will need to submit a copy of your current, free or reduced lunch letter or proof of your household income to the Highland Park Community Center once per year. If you are on free or reduced lunch or if you fall within the USDA income eligibility guidelines, you may qualify for this program. We offer reduced fees for Highland Park Residents, for all of our youth recreation programs based on income requirements. Highland Park Recreation offers a Fee Assistance program.
